Dear Guests 😊

If you use the kitchen utensils like plates, vessels, etc., kindly ensure they are left clean and available for other guests to use, as the kitchen is a common space. If you are not comfortable to wash the utensils after use we kindly request you to avoid using them as we do not have maid services for cleaning kitchen utensils since we are not charging the guests a separate cleaning fee. We expect all guests to maintain the kitchen in the same clean and hygienic condition for the comfort of everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! 🙏

Remove garbage from your room dustbin before checkout and drop it inside the large dustbin present in the car parking.

- One CCTV camera present at the entrance and for security reasons one exterior weather proof camera placed on the terrace since it's an open space , no cameras are inside any of the rooms or living area !!

Guest access
Guests have access to their booked room and the shared areas listed in the photos (kitchen, living area, parking, and terrace).

🔐 Smart lock access will be provided for the main door, along with a private key for the room.
🚫 Other rooms and the store room are not accessible to guests.

Other things to note
🚗 Covered car parking is provided on availability basis

🧺 Towels will be provided once. Guests may reuse them using the washing machine provided

🧹 For long stays, rooms will be cleaned daily upon request. Toilets will be cleaned once a week for long stays.

🔑 Kindly place the keys in the key stand at checkout. As the keychains are customized, lost keys will incur a replacement charge.
