The space
This is a 2 BHK French themed apartment located in ground floor (NIVARA) 🇫🇷

( Kind information : Construction works are going on next to our property so mild to active noise could come during day time and also due to new goverment change temporary electricity cut is happening throughout chennai but we do have an inverter that supports fan, light )

Dear Guests 😊

If you use the kitchen utensils like plates, vessels, etc., kindly ensure they are left clean and available for other guests to use, as the kitchen is a common space. If you are not comfortable to wash the utensils after use we kindly request you to avoid using them as we do not have maid services for cleaning kitchen utensils and we are not charging the guests a separate cleaning fee. We expect all guests to maintain the kitchen in the same clean and hygienic condition for the comfort of everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! 🙏

🗑️ Garbage:
Remove garbage from your room dustbin before checkout and drop it inside the large dustbin present in the kitchen.

Guest access
🔐 Smart lock access will be provided for the main door, along with a private key for the room.
🚫 Guest should access only the booked room not the other one and storage room cupboards are not accessible to guests.
🛗 Since it's a residential flat kindly ignore travelling to other floors apart from the terrace ( we will provide lift access card to climb terrace)

During your stay
We will be available on call from 8 am - 10 pm and rest of the time kindly text us unless it's an emergency considering our privacy and sleep time. Thanks!!

Other things to note
⚠️ Since this is an Apartment there are few responsible factors that has to be taken care by guests which will be provided by us once booking is confirmed

🚗 Covered car parking is provided on an availability basis

🧺 Towels will be provided once. Guests may reuse them using the washing machine provided

🧹 For long stays, rooms will be cleaned daily upon request. Toilets will be cleaned once a week for long stays.

🔑 Kindly place the keys in the key stand at checkout. As the keychains are customized, lost keys will incur a replacement charge.
